James S. Weisz
Jim has more than three decades of experience advising entrepreneurs and their companies on issues ranging from corporate finance and M&A transactions to estate and strategic planning matters. Jim also has operating experience and has successfully formed, grown and managed several businesses. Successful entrepreneurs and other prosperous people depend upon his expertise, judgment and multi-disciplinary skills to advise them through both crises and significant events.

Scott R. Santagata
Scott has more than 25 years of experience as legal counsel to entrepreneurs, investors and companies in a broad range of corporate finance transactions and business matters. Scott has extensive experience in connection with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic planning and general business matters. Scott's clients include entrepreneurs, emerging and established companies, venture capital funds and other investment entities.

- Negotiating and closing more than one hundred public and private financings
- Structuring and closing scores of acquisitions
